If you do not agree with them, we prefer not to work with you, as we believe this policy to be fair, and reasonable for both sides of contractual obligations.

It is important that you ("The Client") take time to read through thoroughly and ensure you fully understand this policy and the implications before you agree to commence any project with Moonberry Mist. "The Client" agrees to pay:

** If your design quoted amount is less that $100, you will be expected to pay full payment upfront prior to your designs being booked in, and commenced. 50% of this full payment is non-refundable.

* If your design quoted amount is over $100, please refer to the following payment suggestions:

1st payment -
50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted amount to book the design project.

2nd payment -
25% is due prior to any commencement of the booked designs.

3rd & final payment -
25% is due on the day of Delivery, Sign Off or Live Date.

The design deposit is non-refundable, and if “the client” cancels a project, for whatever reason, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee, along with a pro-rata payment based upon the time spent if it exceeds 50% of the quoted work.

In the case of a change of mind by "The Client" this deposit is non-refundable. MBM endeavors to provide graphic and web design services that meet and exceed a client 's needs and expectations, but in the event of a "change of mind" by "The Client", the initial 50% deposit is forfeited and acts as a cancellation fee, plus a pro-rata payment based upon the duration spent. The deposit is to ensure Moonberry Mist allocates time in the schedule to create work for "the client".

No final artwork or files will be delivered until invoiced payment is made in full. Copyright is not transferred until all invoice totals are paid, with no exceptions.
