Giving employees easy access to gym equipment and classes helps them release stress and can keep them happier. In fact, physically active people are less likely to be overweight, have fewer chronic health conditions, and lower stress levels. That way, employees will be able to workout and get their work done all at the same time. Overall, on-site fitness is necessary for businesses and their employees.
