The organisational structure determines how the organisation performs or operates. One traditional way of organising people is by function. Some common functions with an organisation include Academic Director, Marketing Director, and Head of department and Administrative Manager. All this structure people have become specialists within their own area of knowledge. In this structure shown that the managing director is play main role to manage whole organization. Cause of less students, the organization financially low. So now there are only working fewer amounts of staff like teacher. And international marketing of student are low like India. Hire new marketing staff for potential growth market of “middle east’ and “south east asia”.They have need a good accountant .The organization is recruiting new staff because they have to hire qualified accountant. They manage whole financial budget. . Q 1.b Managing Director: Managing Director is the main role in company in heads of its positive direction. It should expect a demanding and high-pressured role with long hours however much of your time will be spent in meetings, visiting departments or in your office planning and taking time to consider the company’s strategic direction.
