This paper summarizes an action research project of our organization looking into an oversight of operations, revealing key experiences of stakeholders that cultivated themes. Through this effort, a central point formed warranting implementation and innovation changing policies and procedures (contract) within the organization. Action researcher gathered data on interworking relationships and culture by quantitative and qualitative methods for the purpose of streamlining operations and enhancing work relations as well as the effectiveness of individual performances for the benefit of the individuals and organization’s well-being (Stringer 2014). Key stakeholders were selected as the center focus of participants as to further learn and understand the perspectives and experience the stakeholder’s qualities, convictions, and hypothetical viewpoints as the researcher perceived them as their reality to be in the daily interworking of the organization. Further contents of this paper will reveal that the action research and the participants demonstrated a shared understanding of the mechanism behind action research methodology with a common purpose of project deliverables in its intended use for the targeted application of evaluation results.

No matter where one lives or works; whether in academia, health, business, home, media, advocacy work, or church related services. A design of action guides an organization or a person in the implementation of certain goals and objectives in a specified amount of time and in a given resource (Community Tool Box website). Actors in problem solving, create the plan for action after studying the problem, understand the source of the problem, and collaborate with others to create transformation with the purpose of improvement. Langley et al. (2009), put it differently, that people or institutions necessity for endlessly yearn of reexamining their plan and embrace the applicable approach for improvement.
Actions plans, strategies, and techniques are ways we can develop and work together to ensure the continued operation of the business. This stage is where we have activities, interventions, and programs aimed at resolving any problems with organizational effectiveness. (Brown, 2011, pp. 16). We need to form a plan to target existing cultures and norms and evaluate them accordingly. A time frame should be determined, timing it with the closing of the automotive industry, and determine to what degree are we aiming for, minor or extreme.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the culture, the internal, and the external factors in an organization. Our job is to examine the entirety of the organization. That would include the structural and environmental elements that effect the operation of the business. We will also take an in depth look at the perspectives of employees, managers, owners, and clientele.
This dissertation will act as a consultancy report and will guide and stimulate prospective organizational decisions. As the objectives set support action, the appropriate philosophy for this research is pragmatism. Furthermore, as this study will adopt multiple methods, advocating the pragmatist’s view supports that it is possible to work with different philosophical positions. Therefore, adopting the pragmatism philosophy will enrich the study and enable to collect relevant, reliable and credible data (Saunders, Research Methods for Business Students, 2012)
