The improvement of the employee is linked to the training process at the workplace. But, now, for a short-term, BYOD policy is effective for both, the management and the employee. For Instance, when the management allows the employee use own device during the duty hours, it seems an initiative to create a work-friendly environment and culture to improve the performances of the employees. Different aspects of the employee improvements will be elaborated in the study. However, in the policy-making process, these are main factors. The management integrates with the employees and evaluates the need for technology in the workplace. However, this is good to contain the limitations regarding the use, as the company cannot afford the employee using the devices for the personal purposes all day. Thus, this policy keeps balance regarding the usage of the devices, as limiting the employees to sustain the workplace and work efficiency is also important (Totten & Hammock, 2014). The policy is same in all department of the company. Furthermore, when it comes to the cost of the operations, dramatically, the management can cut huge cost, which helps in coming up with the low-cost outputs for the customers. The purpose of this policy at the workplace is beneficial with the perspective of both, the employees and the management. The comfort and work efficiency are two important aspects, which are quite triggered and visible in the companies (Singh, 2012). Another insight into BYOD policy and impact on the employee performers is motivation through the trust on devices. The employee creates the perception that the management trusts on their devices and likes the outcomes (Rose, 2013).
