As a result people are demanding better schedule to have more time for their leisure activities, better product that has minimum damaging effect on their hair and skin and seeking more opportunities for advanced training to increase their disposable income ( Pearce & Robinson, 2011). The third important changes have been shift in baby boomer generation maturing and it has created demand for anti-aging product, surgical beauty treatment, to improve their looks and prevent further ageing. Political Factors: Change in laws and regulations can create constrains as well as opportunities for business. Political change can affect business regarding fair trading, antitrust laws, tax increase or decrease, rising minimum wage, laws that will protect employees, laws that impact consumer, general public and environment (Pearce and Robinson). Technological Factors: Adopting technological advance can enhance business operation to gain competitive advantage by improving the process, and product. The new innovation in hair restoration, hair removal, hair straitening, and innovating products that prevent aging process can increase the demand for such product while decrease demand for product that lacks such quality.
