Khushi Patel HAYBALER PROBLEM: Problem Statement: The problem is that you have 5 bales of hay and they vary from different weights. Each combination of the bales was written down without keeping track of which pair of bales. The combination of the weights were 80,82,83,84,85,86,87,88,90,and 91. The bales were all weighed in different combinations like: bales 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4, and so on. Our task was to find out how much does each bale weigh. And we have to find out if there are more than one combination. Process: So first I did guess and check to see what numbers I could use. I started off with 40 as my number because it’s half of 80 and 80 is one of the weights. So I used 40 as my weight for bale

Hi guys, today I am going to be talking about defining and deciding for the 5-D process. In order to decide what number to first use in your problem, you find the thing that has the least information, for example, "Sarah had 5 times and 1 less cookies than Cara, and Fey had 2 times as much as Cara. In all there was 103 cookies. How many cookies did each girl make?" In this problem you would start with Cara because she has the least information, so she would be first in our equation, represented by X. The results of total cookies Cara made will help us find out our other variables by giving us that base number to find the totals. For instance if Cara had made 13 cookies, to find how many Sarah had we would multiply X(5)-1 to equal 64 cookies,

Racism has repeatedly played a controversial role throughout the course of history. This is a topic fueled by the heated arguments of the parties on both ends of the matter, may it be the cry of the victim or defense of the offender. Such stereotypes and predispositions should not hold the power to classify and simplify human beings to one
