Life for many of the 1.5 million Palestinians who live in the Gaza strip is difficult. Mostly because Israel controls its coastline and all of the entry and exit crossings into Israel. They have no working airport and because their access is so limited not many goods get into or out of Gaza. There is food allowed in but aid agencies claim families aren’t eating much meat or fresh vegetables and fruit. The power cuts out often so they don’t have power for hours at a time. Many of the people are unemployed because businesses can only get very little of their products out of Gaza to sell, and people don’t have much money to purchase products. The temple has stayed and is still used as a religious holy site for over thousands of years. There are four religious traditions known to have used Temple Mount. These religions are Judaism, Christianity, Roman religion, and Islam. It is the holiest site in Judaism. An Al Aqsa Mosque is the third holiest site in Sunni Islam. This holy site for the last century has been governed by an arrangement known as the “status quo” which is controlled so only Muslims are allowed to pray on the plateau. In the beginning the Mosque was originally a small prayer house built by Rashidun caliph Umar. It was then rebuilt and expanded by Umayyad caliph Abd al-Malik and finished by his son al-Walid in 705 CE. Compared to Islam the Jewish beliefs and traditions are related specifically with the Jewish community. Judaism powerfully opposes enforced conversations of other nations. Islamic religion motivate suicide bombers with the assurance of heavenly life. That represents the great gap between Islamic and Jewish beliefs.
