Angels Children Monologue

Angels Children Question: Statement of intent: Scene Eight: Angel has been Taken away by the police and charged for trespassing and abuse, The children are left in the abandoned warehouse with no where to go. The Children are scattered around the room all lost and wondering what to do next: Stevo: Now what? Mandy: We need to do something. Tarn: Well we cant stay here, can we? Wally: What if we wait for angel, he might come back. Mandy: Hes not coming back, we need to move Nat: Where will we go? Mich: We need a leader. Mandy: I’ll do it! Mark: Get lost, It’ll be me! Mich: This is all we’ve got, we gotta be careful now we don’t have angel here to feed or protect us, no one get greedy. Mandy: We get half a can each, don’t hog it! Nat: One of us has gotta get some more food. Mandy: Yeah Nat, you got it? Nat: Get lost, I'm not doing it! Mich: I’ll do it! Mandy: okay Mich, be back with brekkie. Mich walks out the door, the others follow watching her walk down the street, Mich looks panicked and agitated aware of everything happening in the busy street, there are cars rushing by and the street is dimly lit by broken lights.
