I had the opportunity to visit the Ziibiwing Center of Anishinabe Culture and Lifeways on Saturday, April 15, 2017.It is located on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I live in Shepherd, which is only about fifteen minutes away from Mount Pleasant, so I went to the Ziibiwing Center over Easter break. My parents, my sister, and a friend who was staying with us for the holiday also decided to go to the museum.

These classifications are based on the distance the rectum has descended into the pelvis during development in the womb, the presence of abnormal connections and its relation to the muscles that surround it.

The whipworm is a parasitic worm that acquired it name due to its shape of a whip. Whipworms cause infections called trichuriasis. Trichuriasis is a type of infection that occurs in the large intestines. The infection occurs most commonly in children and develops after ingestion of water or dirt.that is contaminated with feces. Soil can become contaminated with whipworm eggs through contaminated feces that are used in fertilizers. The contaminated fertilizer can then infect lawns or lawns can become infected when infected animals of humans relieve themselves outside. Contact with the feces can infect anyone who is exposed to it. Symptoms of a whipworm infection include, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain,headaches, unexpected weight loss, painful bowel movements, incontinence, and bloody diarrhea.

Anisakiasis is an infectious disease that affects a person that has eaten raw or undercooked fish or squid. It is transmitted by a parasite called a anisakid nematode. This is found in crustaceans that consume the larvae of infected marine mammal’s feces. After consuming the raw or undercooked fish or squid, a person may be infected with anisakiasis. An affected individual experiences a tingling in his/her throat and may have other symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Sometimes the person can cough up the nematode. If not, it has to be removed manually. In extreme situations, the nematode must be removed surgically.

Anegada is the British Virgin Island's only coral atoll. It sits serene and apart, yet it is located only about 20 miles to the northeast of Tortola and 14 miles north of Virgin Gorda - an easy and pleasant sail for those on a Tortola Yacht Charter. There are some people who are perceived to be demon-like or to be possessed simply because their eyes are predominately black and they look almost liquefied. Before today, I had not put a lot of thought into the issue of male circumcision; I did already know that male circumcision was important to some religions because I myself was religious and have seen it mentioned in the Bible. However, I assumed that most male infants in the United States were circumcised for one reason or another; I also did not know males would get circumcised after infancy too, like in the video. Today, through reading the article about the position of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) fact sheet, I would agree that male circumcision is beneficial for infant males.
