This letter is in response to your letter dated November 17, 2016, regarding a complaint filed with your office by Ann Gingery. In her complaint, Ms. Gingery states she was billed $70.00 for disconnection fees for all three lines on her account although her service was not disconnected. The reconnection fee is $20 per line when reactivating service from a non-pay hotline or suspend. The $20 fee is automatically generated when the reconnect is processed and would not be routinely waived. Account records show Ms. Gingery has been a Verizon Wireless customer since June 4, 2015. When reviewing the account I found the account was interrupted for non-payment on October 20, 2016. The account service was restored on the same date after a payment
In your grievance filed at Rast Unit, you claim the phone provider Century Link is over charging inmates for telephone calls. Your resolution is a lower rate for phone calls and for ADC to offer internet access to the inmate population.
Thank you for allowing Verizon Wireless the opportunity to respond to Ms. Kettle’s complaint. In her complaint, Ms. Kettle states she signed a contract with Verizon Wireless on July 22, 2017. A few days later she received notification via text message that her account was placed on paperless billing. Therefore, she did not receive her first invoice until August 28, 2017. The invoice included charges for two months and a late fee. Ms. Kettle requests assistance with this matter.
*Call was transferred from CAE Kevin Earl Caasi who is under Daniel James Miranda’s (Team Manager) supervision. Customer patiently explained again about the flyer left on their door advising them to call Comcast since there was a possible leakage on their line. Comcast needs to come at their home and if there’ll be no response within 3 days, their service will be shut off. Customer was asking if who is telling the truth because she’s receiving contradicting information. She was once informed that Comcast would never leave a tag on the door and it might be a scam, however when she called the number written on the flyer there was assurance given that it was from Comcast and she was notified that she has a technician visit scheduled on Monday.
Since we do not currently have funding to purchase phones, Mr. Peterson if you want to take advantage of your newly installed phone line, please feel free to secure one on your own - any type of phone can be used. The device in room 204 is causing operational issues as well, Mr. Thomas if you have an extra phone laying around, you can make the switch too.
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference and recommendation for Danielle Davis. Danielle has been a member of First Central Baptist Church for 9 years and I know her to be consistent, passionate, patient and intelligent.
This is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed by Ms. Lisa Wadsworth, received by Verizon Wireless on March 6, 2017. Ms. Wadsworth reports her daughter visited an agent location to purchase a new phone thinking it was a direct Verizon Store. She purchased a new iPhone 6 and agreed to a device payment plan. However, the representative did not explain to her that she would also have to pay off remaining amount for her existing device payment plan. It was not until she received her next invoice that she realized she was billed for three device payment plans.
The Vietnam War was undeniably huge loss for the United States. This is confirmed by the tens of thousands loss of American men, the excessive period of time it occurred, and it being seemingly unwarranted. The general public protested against the United States’ participation in the Vietnam War. A multitude of people, even those who had participated had frowned upon their involvement. People indicated their antiwar sentiments through different means of expression including music, art, writing. A particularly successful example of said antiwar sentiment includes the letter written by Sandy Kempner. Through the use of sarcasm, Kempner is able to effectively convey his particularly negative view of the war.
The cutover to the new system will take place on the night of January 10th at 5:30 p.m. PST. At this time the BV office and main building at HQ will be transferred to the new phone system in lieu of the Bell company moving us to our new vendor. This process is scheduled for early Wednesday morning generally around 9-11 a.m. there is, unfortunately, no set time for this to happen so, the Finance building will be excluded from the upgrade until the switch has occurred. This will ensure no incoming calls are missed until
Under Vermont Common Law does Mr. John Ellis’ recently created chicken coop in a residential neighborhood constitutes a private nuisance when Mr. Ellis’ rooster and the hens generate odors and noises that could be considered unreasonable and substantial interferences with Ms. Alicia Carmody’s enjoyment of her yard?
In response to your informal complaint, dated 03/02/2017, and received 03/07/2017. You claim that staff damaged your eye glasses by negligently placing a large heavy box on top of them. You brought the glasses to me, COIII M Colburn on 03/07/2017 and I observed that they were broken completely in half at the bridge. Your proposed resolution for this complaint is to allow you to send the glasses out for repair at your expense.
I am writing this letter to you as a health promotion officer with the local government, and once a resident of your first electorate, Girrawheen. I have been working with the local Stirling Farmer’s Market for the last ten years now and have noticed an increasing amount of food being discarded as waste, when truly this food could be redirected to other sources or organisations that require the assistance of donations. I have organised to donate any unsold food produce to the Food Ministry Soup Kitchen by Rainbow Community Church held in Hainsworth Centre in Girrawheen every Thursday morning. Although this greatly benefits the emergency relief agency and residents of Girrawheen, it has come to my attention by the manager of the Soup Kitchen that the recipients of the produce are unsure what to do with most, if not majority of the items. I visit Girrawheen on a weekly basis and I am writing to express my concern about the population within the suburb that do not receive an adequate amount of daily food requirements in all areas of the recommended Australian Dietary Intake

I am writing to appeal my academic dismissal from Chamberlain College of Nursing. I understand that I have taken the NR 302 Health Assessment course two times at Chamberlain College of Nursing and have not been successful, which led to my dismissal. Receiving a dismissal letter on October 30, 2015, through my email was not a surprise to me, but I was upset with myself for pain that I caused to myself. This is my fault and I am fully responsible for this failure. I am writing this appeal letter to explain the reason of my failure and to appeal to you to please consider reinstating me for the spring session.
