Anonymous is an associated international network hacking group of activists and ‘hacktivists’ - . They became known for their attacks on governments, businesses and corporate websites. There are many reasons why Anonymous hack and expose different people, and companies. In today’s world there are many who consider hacking to be a job from which they gain money. These individuals are oftentimes behind some of the biggest corporations such as Apple, Microsoft, and Sony. The hacking system affects peoples' psychological behaviors such as when Facebook had shut down just for an hour many started panicking. The hackers' intentions are to help many out there to see what’s going on behind the scenes. If one believes in Anonymous, and call his/herself-Anonymous,
Anonymous is group of people who fight back the government. They mostly known as hackers who fought for what they believed for they thought what is right. Although, some might they are a group of criminals, events like the riot in Egypt, project chaology, and Hal Turner raid. There group started on the internet and their fame skyrocket to the news. To whereas even the FBI has been involved to arrest members the main people of the group of hackers.
“The Masked Avengers” By David Kushner is about a group of people who are anonymous and hack into things like data web bases, this is pretty much all they have in common. Hackers are not a group who do things the same and together primarily because there are so many different types of people who are interested in different things although Wikipedia more commonly sees hacking as “skilled computer expert that uses their technical knowledge to overcome a problem”. For example a hacker can do their job not as the stereotypical way of bad but in helping out the common good in people, such as tracking down child predators and turning them into the police. Even though this may be seen as illegal hacking that violates the privacy of others, when its
The researcher will conduct an anonymous survey with all participants (palliative care enrolled nurses and enrolled nurses in the casual pool who are not supervised by the researcher) to identify their level of confidence in caring for the patient with terminal restlessness. I tried to be your friend for many years. I thought it was the right thing to do. Your conversations to me on instant messaging only cultivated your obsession. I regret trying to be nice. In the small town we are from, I thought it would be best to keep a common ground between us especially for our families. I knew I would see you at church and you would sit in front of my family. And things just got worse. It was sad, some probably began to wonder if you had a staring problem. In high school, a sweet boy and I decided to date. Ultimately, I assumed you would leave me alone seeing how happy I was, but honestly, it did not phase you. Instead, you tell others that you write me letters to give to me on my wedding
We have all been there. Whether or not you were pressured or curious, you attempted
They’re calling for hackers everywhere to unite for a common purpose, to bring down Lex Lu-- Donald Trump. Appalled by his divisive ideas and witnessing the looming threat to civil liberty. Anonymous are seeking to rip the legs from under his high horse by revealing to the world who Donald really is, a self absorbed child who's only looking to benefit
Much of public protest in recent Western society has been typified by a decidedly social character—that is, the social movement—the likes of which has occurred on an unprecedented scale in the 20th century. In Gabriella Colman's 2013 paper “Anonymous in Context: The Power and Politics Behind the Mask”, she identifies the group Anonymous to work within these paradigms while acting entirely outside customary limits on candour. Through their absolute commitment to freedom in the face of tyranny—and lulz in response to dictators and oligarchs—Anonymous is a definite force of good against evil, and their intentions a net positive to the world.
In todays time just one hacker can infiltrate governments and companies and release mass amounts of private information and details. The secret hacking group, Anonymous is a group of unknown hackers that have recently been hunted down by governments around the world (mainly the US and British). They should not be looked at as “domestic terrorists” but as protesting citizens. Terrorists put fear into people, but Anonymous interests the public. They have even been called “Digital Robin Hoods” (Carter, 2012). Since Anonymous mostly goes after companies and organizations they believe are corrupt or bad, and since they don't do any physical harm to anyone they should not be persecuted and put in jail. They release private information about the websites of companies, religious groups, and governments to show the public who they really are and what they are really doing. They also use a tactic called DDos which is basically where Anonymous overruns a website so much nobody else can then on go on that website. The U.S. government goes after anonymous hacktivists and similar groups but turns a blind eye to pro US/anti Terrorist hackers. A con of what Anonymous does is that when they release private government documents via Wikileaks or different sources, other governments like China and Russia can access the information released which can possibly be threatening to the U.S.

Anonymous, an infamous hacktivist group. Their slogan “We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.” Now, one can come to think that they kind of sound like an underground rebel group. Which is what they are, but they do it all via the internet. Once must also think, “well how do they do it all via internet and not get caught?” They tunnel all their nodes and logs through private networks and encrypted chats. You may ask, what do they fight for? Well it’s obvious, they all fight for one thing: Freedom and a proper Government. You can come to this conclusion just by taking a peek at their tweets, videos, speeches, and etc. It’s obvious that Anonymous’s intended audience is anyone they can reach out to, not only does this hacktivist group focus on American problems, but they also take third world countries problems into consideration. So, with all this information, you’re probably thinking, “well how do they solve America’s problems?” Anonymous isn’t only a group that just tweets hashtags, and what not. Anonymous is loosely organized group of hackers that attempt to use their skills to make a change. But, not all Anonymous members are hackers, some join just to promote what the cause. For example: @YouAnonNews on twitter, tweets operations that are going on, and daily news that has grabbed the attention of Anonymous.
The international hacktivist organization set out on a mission to shut down the Twitter profiles of individuals suspected to be ISIS supporters. Anonymous claims it has already caused 25,000 of the 39,000 suspected ISIS profiles to be
Anonymous is a hacking group that is like a law against the law. They have hacked into a news channel in 2015 and 2016. Sometimes they stand up to bullies. But they usually try to stay unknown so they wear masks. The mask has a robotic face with a mustache that is smiling and the eyes had holes in them so you could see their eyes and you can move the mouth think a puppet. They will do anything to get more people to join them. In every sentence they start out by saying we are anonymous to remind everyone who they are. The things that they do is probably just too get more attention. They are so well known that people try to pretend to be anonymous to either scare people or prank people. There are videos on youtube of grown men or teenagers trolling
As I am sure the administration is aware, if not please allow this to be a formally signed notice of its existence, leaders of the current protest movements have compiled anonymous lists of male perpetrators of sexual assault (rapists) and have been informally circulating them around campus to women’s groups and to the heads of male organizations. The informal release of this list was accompanied by an unsigned letter demanding any individual on that list to be immediately and permanently removed from all organization they are a part of. This list has been compiled with complete anonymity, without any evidence presented. How these names were selected is opaque, to say the least. In my experience, both before and after seeing a portion of the list, many names appear without cause. Individuals are listed who have gone through an EGP process and been acquitted on all counts. Other names have been put
Anonymous is an international network of online hacktivists who work to spread their agenda worldwide. They accomplish this mainly through distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on the organizations websites. Their targets range from government agencies to large corporations. This group is the single most accomplished hacktivist group in the world. They have successfully directed attacks on government agencies of numerous countries, ISIS, child pornography websites, Westboro Baptist Church, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Sony. The group's actions have impacted the world. With access to highly skilled hackers, Anonymous also has the ability to steal data and further disseminate their agenda.
To conclude, my perspectives on anonymous is to attract attention to injustices/shameful acts so that the masses can see them for what they genuinely are. The point is to get information out to the masses. With respect to US, we all see in different articles that information is the primary reason for the last 40 years of US involvement in wars and the motivation behind why more americans aren't as livid as they ought to be is on account of they are simply unaware.
