This doctor will perform blood tests and other clinical tests to verify that the disorder is not something else. Various disorders can cause similar symptoms and feelings. They may be able to recommend other natural remedies or solutions. If no action is taken, chronic anxiety could be the result. Chronic anxiety is the number one reason people become recluses and live a shadow of the life that was once lived. Finding help for anxiety and depression does not mean that one has lost the battle or that one has a mental problem to be ashamed of.
