Ever since I was little, I’ve found difficulty in the most simple tasks. Talking to the server at any given restaurant, asking the teacher for a bathroom pass, or even getting up to throw something away at lunch. I have horrible anxiety. Honestly, my anxiety is so bad I can easily work myself into a panic attack. In this essay I will discuss the terms anxiety and depression from chapters 14 and 15. In addition, I chose these terms because they hit close to home, other than insomnia which I discussed in my last paper I also battle with anxiety and depression which I just recently prescribed and was suggested by my doctor to attend therapy along with the medication, but i’ll bring that up later in this story.
