Apgar test is a test performed at 1 and 5 minutes of birth, to quickly determine the well being of the baby immediately after birth. The 1 minute determines how well the baby had tolerated the birthing process and the 5 minute determines how well the baby does outside the womb of the mother. It can also be done after 10 minutes in rare cases. This test is done by examining the following parameters; Heart rate, Breathing, Muscle tone, Reflexes, and Skin color by the healthcare provider [either the doctor, midwife, or nurse]. It is scored from 0 to 2 depending on the observed condition.
The infant is given a score of zero if he/ she is not breathing {respiration}, no heartbeat {heart rate} , if the muscles are floppy and loose { muscle tone},

Table 6.1.1 displays the matlab output of beta, standard error, t-statistic and p-value for the two independent variables during 10-year period. It is found that beta of X1 is 0.2750 which indicates there is a positive relationship between the utilities excess return and the healthcare excess return. This positive relationship is statistically significant as the p-value is close to 0 which is much less than the significance level of 5%. In addition, the standard error of X1 is 0.0300 which represents the average distance that the observed values fall from the regression line. This indicates that the model fits the data. In contrast, it is found that the material excess return is negatively
The first versions of WWW ((what most people call “The Web”))) provide means for people around the world to exchange information between, to work together, to communicate, and to share documentation more efficiently. Tim Berners-Lee wrote the first browser (called WWW browser) and Web server in March 1991, allowing hypertext documents to be stored, fetched, and viewed. The Web can be seen as a tremendous document store where these documents (web pages) can be fetched by typing their address into a web browser. To do that, two im- portant techniques have been developed. First, a language called Hypertext Markup Languag (HTML) tells the computers how to display documents which contain texts, photos, sounds, visuals (video), and animation, interactive
Before a participation process can be designed and implemented, one must determine if there is a problem to begin with. I would argue the need for judgment links to tyranny. The person setting the table for a potential process has control over how the problem is framed and if there is a problem to begin with. Perhaps the public needs to be involved in even the planning process of ‘the process’ itself? Could this look like a group of stakeholders? If the goal is to create a horizontal, people controlled system of decision-making?
2. Physiological state in defined as “the condition or state of the body or bodily functions”. This can be measured when we perform our observations. By measuring a patient’s respiratory rate, oxygen saturations, peak flow (in asthma patients), pulse rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, core temperature, blood sugar, pupil reaction and Glasgow coma scale. All these combined measurement can give us an insight into the patient’s health or Physiological state.

Inflammatory cause from immune response to infection by remove damage tissue to clear the area for repair. Uncontrolled inflammatory will give side effect to body. Greek physician and herbalist detect the anti-inflammatory properties in honey. During that time, the honey is use for sunburn and spots on the face and consume honey heal inflammation at the throat and tonsils (Gunther R.T, 1934). The mechanism of anti-inflammatory action recognized by a research revealed that bees add a protein called Apalbumin 1 to the nectar to make a honey by suppress the action of white blood cell engulfing bacteria that lead to inflammation process. The present of high level methylglyoxal in manuka honey react with Apalbumin 1 effective in suppressing white
