“Innovation distinguishes a leader from a follower”- Steve jobs. Apple created by Steve Jobs is a company based in the United States that creates, sells electronics such as phones and tablets. Since the creation of Apple in 1976 it has become a multinational billion-dollar company and one of the world’s most valuable brands according to USA Today. Apple’s sales are close to 80 billion dollars a year and it poses the question why is Apple successful? Apple is successful due to high quality, great marketing strategy, being simplistic, and appealing to all ages. A vision statement is the bedrock of a company. It is meant to guide a business and how the company wants to be seen by others. The speech is a powerful and summarizes their company well. In addition, Apple is a brand that strives to be an innovative and high-quality brand. The vision statement talked about apple being innovative, and simplistic. Those things are commonly seen across all of their products, and advertising. Which is also known as Integrated Marketing Communications. Apple has a clear, concise message across all of their products, and forms of communication. Apple even uses the same font in plenty of its commercials and devices. When an apple commercial is played people know it is the Apple company before any logos or the brand’s name is shown. For example, Apple’s newer iPhones comes with Siri, a voice assistant, and every commercial since Siri’s launch in 2011 are similar. Siri’s first commercial from Apple introducing Siri’s feature shows a husband and wife going about their day using Siri for mundane tasks.
