It is an organized business-owner group, with regular meetings, sharing information as well as tools for improving businesses. The organization places innovation and opportunitism as its core to ensure it produces economic and social value. In the current competitive climate of the world, it is the organizations that can break through that become an entrepreneurial organization. An example of an entrepreneurial organization is a start up, where there is usually one owner-manager overseeing and maintaining the business operations. According to Mitzberg, a renowned management theorist, the business operations include directing the enterprises core management functions: interpersonal roles, informational roles and decision-making roles.
