The mystery of Archie's killer On the day of the murder all of the suspects were found at the time of the scene. More so Fabio was the main suspect because some evidence and for living in archie for many years. I personally think that he isn't guilty when he first moved in he suspected that Archie was sick, also he pleads he's not guilty and he would never destroy his own home. The only reason he's the main suspect on trial is that Alice accused him of doing it because he was the first suspect to be seen. From all the seven different suspect i could have chose guilty but with the evidence I have I have proved one to be guilty. Erwinia Amylovora is the one guilty because of all this different evidence. First her ooze was marked on Archie’s
The judge instructed the jurors on every possible verdict available on the evidence, which included murder in the first degree on the ground of
However they still had to somewhat prove that Dennis was guilty so that a mistrial wasn't ruled. The prosecution relied heavily on the snitches and "expert" witnesses provided by the OSBI. Cindy McIntosh was called to testify as over hearing Ron and Dennis confirming details about the crime scene. Debating where the body was positioned, which room Debbie was found it, etc. James Harjos was also a snitch who was solely focused on Dennis and how Dennis confused to Harjos along with guilty driven statements about "We didn't mean to hurt her". Hajos also reported that Dennis admitted to drinking with Ron the night of the murder/ rape, bring beer to Debbie's apartment, raping her and then proceeding to wipe down the apartment for fingerprints before returning home. I will state though that Harjos was ruled a unreliable witness because Dennis had signed statements from him about his own innocence. Finally the prosecution was left with the OSBI experts that testified that the hand print found was Debbie's meaning that its wasn't the real killers and the second OSBI expert claiming the hair samples were undoubtedly Fritz and Williamson's.
Boquete was charged with burglary and attempted sexual battery in December of 1982 and January of 1983. At trial, the victim recognized Boquete as the criminal. Boquete guaranteed that he had been home the whole night with his family, watching sports, until he went to the store with his cousins. Police had gathered the casualty's underwear and pajama top at the scene where the crime was committed, and an analyst affirmed at trial that both had semen on them. The casualty told police that she was certain that the semen had come from the culprit. The investigator led blood type testing on the proof that uncovered Type A blood and different spots on the victim's clothing demonstrated no blood group markers. He affirmed that both Boquete and the victim were Type O non-secretors (which means their blood classification cannot be recognized from organic liquids). The Type A blood should have cleared Boquete as a identified criminal, however the examiner did not say he was excluded. Rather, he said the spots without any markers could have originated from Boquete and 20% of the

The victims who were shot and killed, were Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado, and it was told by news reports that the two were spotted at the same Boston Nightclub as Hernandez was the nights of the murders. A grand jury then charged Hernandez with two counts of first-degree murder. He was also charge with assault and weapons in connection to the case. Hernandez’s lawyers then released a statement, “claiming that the former athlete was “innocent of the charges” and looked “forward to his day in court””.

Based on the evidence, it seems likely that Queenie Volupides was guilty of her husband’s murder. There is significant evidence linking her to being the prime suspect. It very easy to say that she purposely positioned Arthur on the bottom of the stairs and hit
The name Elisa Lam or as Lam Ho Yi has gained worldwide recognition by media from her mysterious and untimely death. After a long and and painful month of wondering where she was workers checked the water tank on the Cecil hotel and saw Elisa lifeless body floating in the water. There are million of theories out there on how it happened or what caused it. Many people speculated that it was murder or drug overdose. Many of these rumors were fueled by the video that came out of her in a elevator showing odd behavior such as moving her arms in many different directions, hiding and moving her mouth like she was talking to someone. In this essay I would like to talk about the 3 theories around her death that peak my interest the most. Murder, The supernatural or an over dose.
After Mr. Murder Suspect was charged in the murder of Cristopher Wallace, arrested, formally charged at the first appearance, with the charges being upheld during the preliminary hearing, and then formally arraigned, where he plead not guilty to all charges. Now the trial is set to begin. (Schmalleger, 2014)
There is a good amount of evidence that clearly shows the innocence of Kevin for example, the portrait the wife of the ex-prosecutor gave does not look like Kevin at all. There is also a video of Kevin entering the university on the day of the murder and minutes later the murder happened, and there is no way he was at two places at the same time. That’s not all, also a presumptuous member of the Mara Salvatrucha said in a video that Kevin did not participate in the exfiscal’s assassination and that the wife of the ex-prosecutor paid 120 thousand lempiras for the murder of her husband, also she relates it as a crime of passion. They suspended the trial for a long time, although they opened it again they suspended it again.
At the close of trial proceedings, the judge informed the jury that they could find the eight accused to be guilty even if the crime was committed by someone who was not charged. He also said that it was not necessary for the state to know the identity of the bomber or to prove that the bomber had read any of the articles or poster of the charged anarchists. Though the judge, prosecutor, and jury can be considered misguided in their bias and actions of injustice, some of the witnesses against the accused are widely acknowledged as liars. In comparison to the eyewitnesses of the defendants, every part of their details went against those of the witnesses of the police.
In terms of getting into cozy mysteries Murder in Plain Sight is a good place to start. It has all the ingredients of a good mystery novel. The characters are challenging and have important interesting backstories that are revealed in interesting ways. The novel is engaging in that there is a web of connectedness in all the characters that we are introduced to throughout the story. It seems like the characters know each other or know of each other.
A few investigators have found evidence pointing to Arthur Leigh Allen. He was one of the main suspects in the murder case (Newton 415). Due to the amount of evidence that connected him to the murders, it was difficult not to consider him a suspect. Police noticed he had the same gun used in a shooting, knives that were covered in blood was found inside his car, and was seen wearing a zodiac-brand watch (Beck). Allen told his friend he wanted to murder a bunch of random people (Newton 416).
There were no solid proof on the crime scene which link the murder to Bundy, Because the room has been washed away to overcome the chances of being caught. Accuracy was a great weapon of Ted Bundy, & the detectives supposed that Lisa Levy and Martha Bowman were one of recent Bundy’s victims. Though their assumptions were not a solid indication for a
Murder on a Sunday Morning is about an African American boy who was wrongly convicted of murder. He was only fifteen years old when his life changed forever. While first watching the documentary, it seems to the audience that Brenton Butler, the convicted boy, is guilty. Mr. Stephens, husband of the victim, Ann Stephens, claims that Butler came over, tried to take Anna Stephens’ purse, and then before she could comply, he raised his gun and shot her in the face. Sadly, Mr. Stephens was the only eye-witness, which is a major red flag, as he is connected to the victim. After being forced by the detective, Butler confesses. Once defense attorney, Patrick McGuinness is involved, he has Butler tell the court of his innocence and thus beings the criminal proceedings for Brenton Butler.
