1. “I like the rain. Some people will tell you that the sun is the best, but they are wrong. What waits for you in the sun? Skin cancer. What waits for you in the rain? Puddles to jump in. I’ll take puddles over cancer any day.” Tell me as much as you can about this passage as an argument (especially the parts). p1. Sun will bring skin cancer. p2. Rain will bring puddles that we can jump. p3: Pain is bad, joy is good. If a thing causes more good things than bad things, then it is better. p4: If A is better than B, then we should like A. p5. Puddles are better than skin cancer because it creates more joy than pain.
Conclusion: I like rain better.

Its strengths are that it allows me to pursuit my goal selfishly without worrying about others, and it allows me to provide a simple theory for many phenomena in the world. Its weaknesses are that I care too much about my wants and needs without considering others' needs and wants, and the model ignores other fundamental motives like parental cares, self-esteem, belonging, and etc.
4. Tell me about a model that you have not internalized. What are its strengths/weaknesses?
A model that I have not internalized is the belief that a person should find their own love instead of obeying his or her parents' arrangement. A strength of this model is that people can follow their dreams and have freedom. A weakness of this model is that people are usually driven by their sexual drives while ignoring many important factors when it comes to marriage (personality, family background and etc.). Parents often have more experiences and thus are more objective when choosing a mate.
5. Tell me about a way that people around you have influenced your thinking for the better.
When I discuss something of which I am certain with people who held different opinions, they sometime provides counter examples or reasons that I haven't thought of, which makes me reconsider my thoughts more closely.

4. I found out that our sense of self influences how we act, think and feel.
In the year 1859, Charles Darwin published his theory of evolution. This theory states that all forms of life adapts and changes to the environment around them. The evolutionary theory has been used for decades and has been proven to be correct and accurate theory. Or is it? Many scientists are trying to disprove his theory years later with their evidence behind genetic inheritance, not through adaptation as Darwin had believed. However, some may still believe Darwin’s theory is still relevant to our time and for the future as well.
III. You may be thinking to yourselves, I don’t drink or smoke so why does this matter to me? That was my thought when my
B. Have you ever been judged or looked at different because of the way you do things.
Evolution by definition is a theory that describes a change in one or more heritable characteristics of a population from generation to generation. As a theory, evolution is not a proven fact. Instead evolution is simply a theory that has been supported by evidence. While evolution has not been proven correct, many people still believe in this theory—or so we thought. Several people still do not believe in the theory of evolution for various reasons such as believing that god created all living organisms and these organisms have stayed the same, while others are afraid of evolution.
3) Give an example of a time when you made a mistake because you did not listen well to what someone had to say?
Evolutionary Theory and Natural Selection have been the topics of debates and discussions since the beginning moment when the terms were coined. Natural Selection was a term used by Darwin in his Origin of Species. In many cases, when one thinks of Natural Selection and even evolution, Organisms come to mind. Take for example the evolution of humans, the data goes back to millions of years and due to the fossils found in various locations, one is able to identify the ancestors and how with time, adaptation took place and with natural selection, who survived and why they survived. The same scenario goes for many other organisms which is why we have a number of animals who have certain parts of anatomy which are of no use but it is something that was used by their ancestors but due to adaptations and evolution, that organ may not be a requirement and hence is no longer viable. In these examples the unit of selection is the organism itself, be it humans, whales or dogs. And such selection of property is not displayed by

Essentially, it focuses of the here and now and has even been mocked due to its simplicity. It functions with the belief that people naturally have healthy intentions and work towards growth and development. This model has the potential to stimulate growth in the relationship, but also individual growth. Three major factors in the model are: unchangeable genetic endowment, longitudinal influences, and constant mind-body interaction. Unchangeable genetic endowment simply explores the potential for physical, emotional, and temperament. Longitudinal influence is what a person has learned since birth in efforts to survive and develop their self-identity. Mind-body interaction can be viewed as how our body expresses our emotions or how our emotions are expressed through our body. Quite often, the mind-body is involuntary and occurs so naturally that we may not notice, but other people do (Goldenberg & Goldenberg,
B. How each concept has affected a group in which I have been a member.
Essay #4: How might these results help to make sense of encounters or experiences you have had?
An argument that has been fought over for years can be solved with a little research. So does the theory of evolution make sense or should creation be taken into consideration. Looking at nature and life is amazing, everything has so many interacte details but not all people view it the same, some people still believe in the theory of evolution or “apes to humans”.
