Rushing into the police station, Rachel plops her stuff down on her desk. She'd told Joe she had a hunch about the case she's working on and wanted to follow up on it as soon as possible. Seeing how eager she was to get to work, he volunteered to dress the baby and take him to the sitters. "I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful husband," she thinks plopping down in her chair. Grabbing Tony's file off the top of her desk, she began looking through it. She wasn't exactly sure what she was looking for, but she had a feeling he had something to do with Tony’s involvement in the missing children's case. She wasn't even sure how her hunch was possible, with him being locked up, but for some unexplained reason his name kept popping up in her head all night long. She'd even dreamt he snatched a girl from the park. "George was right, he was locked away when the children disappeared. It says here that since the crime was so heinous in nature and he'd had numerous dealings with the law, the Juvenile court system waived its right to jurisdiction He was tried as an adult and sentenced to 30 years in the state penitentiary.
