Article 226 And The High Courts

I am doing an essay on article 86 and 91 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Article 86—Absence without leave and Article 91—Insubordinate conduct toward warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer I will start out with article 91 section 15 text of statute 2 willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer , non-commissioned officer, or petty officer. In my essay I will give both facts and opinion on the matter of these articles .In fact in of the case article 91 does not apply in the situation that involves me and fellow NCO’s because in article 91 chapter 15 subparagraph 2, I did not willfully disobey an order . I feel this quote from “Our Place in Nature” is a great way to start the topic of how artists uses plant life in their work. It shows how artists might try to interact with the environment for ideas on the works that they come up. I feel also that they are trying to be one with the environment. I feel if you spend enough time in nature, you will build a strong connection with everything around you. The beautiful blossoms that bloom in Californian spring, the summer daisies alongside the cooling lake, long after the summer the trees have lost their leaves entering autumn to fresh white snow out in the mountains. Nature is able to show us its true beauty without any falseness and modifications. After all, is it not ironic how people go to museums to look at paintings of colorful flowers, green hills, and clear water streams; those are beauties that can easily be observed in real life outside of the urban environment which are surrounded by them, or how people buy recordings of the calming sounds of nature, similar to what you would listen to at night in the woods or smell nature aromas of the candles. What we are doing is trying to mislead our minds and pretend to think that we are in the woods but are instead cornered inside our small, well-furnished, and full -with-technology apartment.

The High Court of Australia will inevitably be subject to some criticism and media scrutiny surrounding their decisions on contentious cases. Whilst there are many limitations on the power of judicial review, it is within the High Court's power to override the legislation of elected governments, or declare the legislation invalid. Therefore, criticisms of High Court decisions which come into conflict with legislation made by parliament are largely unjustified.

In Bangladesh there are more than two hundred environmental laws and several policies for the protection of the environment. But environmental destruction is increasing day by day. The state cannot protect the environment by legal rules and policies as long as the citizens do not practice reduce, reuse and recycle in their own consumer

Economic development will damage the environment more or less, so the choice between the economic development and environmental protection has always been a difficult social problem that challenges many developing countries. China has been suffering by its air pollution for years because people burn too much fossil fuels with few regulations before it become a serious social problem for the whole country. United States as the top of developed countries is also not an exception. Burning coal to produce electricity has been an important economic source for Rust Belt and Appalachian states. However, coal is not only polluted the local, but also the pollutants blow via the wind to the downwind states. People who live in the downwind states are suffering the air pollution. Year 2014 was a big year for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) because United States Supreme Court ruled to maintain the power of the EPA to regulate the pollutants including carbon dioxide, discharge from the power plants and even crossing the states lines. The case will be analysis in an ethical way. I believe that government as a social manager should have authority through EPA to regulate the pollution for public health.

Though there are very few CNG-compatible, or even hybrid OEM passenger vehicles (Honda sells a CNG Civic and General Motors has started to produce a dual-fuel Chevrolet Impala), the market is growing for CNG powered fleet trucks. From long-haul tractor trailers, to regional or local same-day shippers, to garbage trucks, CNG is becoming a fuel of choice among companies who carry the cost of fuel as a major operating expense. Even in the second half of 2014 and now the first half of 2015, while oil prices are at their lowest in over a decade, CNG remains significantly less per gallon equivalent than diesel.

In today's society there is a great need for environmental protection. Things that happened during our parents and grandparents age have caused a great concern for our ozone, our air, and our environment. You constantly hear about the many sources of pollution, but we hardly ever hear about the solutions. In this paper I will present one possible solution to the air pollution problem that has been caused by too many automobile emissions being released into the air. This possible solution deals with switching from diesel gas, to fuel trucks and bus fleets, to natural gas. I will discuss how this switch would assist in the reduction of air pollution and in this way help the environment.

The author will investigate and analyse the topic under consideration by using observations from earth sciences, socio-legal studies, socio-economics and critical legal theories. And blend textual, and intentionalist approach to discuss the possibility of criminalizing extensive environmental degradation.

The above rule  of equality is however not an absolute rule and there are  number exception to it
