Like Darwin 's theory of survival of the fittest, work is changing with social needs (Mayr, 1994). Many positions and occupations will gradually disappear. For example, craftsmen in the traditional manufacturing industry were replaced by line workers, or computer literate personal assistants replaced secretaries who only used paper and typewriters. According to the research data: since World War II, after Industrial Development, the rate of labor participation has been declining in the United States and other industrialized countries (Hughes, 2014). Snyder (2013) reckons that in the next 20 years, half of the work will now be replaced by robots. In the near future, artificial intelligence technology will learn to control such as unmanned vehicles and robots of this kind of semi-independent and independent hardware facilities, gradually replace the factory workers, construction workers, drivers, express and many other occupations. However, at the same time, education, health care, tourism and other services will generate huge demand for services. Those positions can absorb the labor force replaced by AI (Levy & Murnane, 2012). In other words, the wider use of AI will stimulate the development of new careers. Artificial intelligence will bring a massive change in the type and proportion of existing jobs and employment.
