(2014), fundamentally, the empirical and meta-analytic studies suggest that subordinates working with transformational leaders are more committed to their organizations and demonstrate fewer withdrawal behaviours (Bono & Judge, 2003). Besides, Bass and Avolio (2004) maintain that transformational leaders perceive the strategic goals of the organization. They argue that transformational leaders are more sensitive to their environment and thus formulate and disseminate strategic goals that capture both the attention and the interest of their followers. The results indicated that the subordinates of supervisors who adopt a transformational leadership style, who show an interest in and value their subordinates and make the employees feel important, will show more affective commitment towards their organization (Mclaggan, E., et al., 2013). On another research done by Garg A.K (2013) on the relationship between leadership style and employee commitment at a parastatal organizations in South Africa , a positive significant relationship was revealed between transformational leadership and affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment (Sameh Adel A. Saeed, Hamid M. Gelaidan and Fais Ahmad, 2013) were revealed. In a same fashion, Chi H., Tsai H., and Chang P. (2007) had uncovered that transaformational leadership style is significantly related with continuance commitment. Furthermore, Wong Kee Luen, Lee Thean Chai and Loh Wai Ling (2014) had found that transfaormational leadership is significantly correlated with continuance commitment on their research done on performing schools in Malasia. A similar result was revealed by Ahmad H. and Gelaidan H. M, (2011) and Aghashahi B., Davarpanah A., Omar R. and Sarli M., (2013). According to the research article done by Vikas Yadav & Nishi Misra (2015), statistically significant relationships were also found between transformational leadership and normative commitment.
