I was staff on Wenja for about 1 month until the server shut down. I worked along side the manager, LevensLes and a few others. The staff team loved me as I was a brilliant screensharer. I was on the server almost 24/7 and dedicated mostly all of my time to Wenja to try and make it popular and a reccomended place. Not only did I like staffing on Wenja, but I liked the community and other staff members. I was always nice towards the community and other staff members.

A smaller server with around 30 players on SOTW. There was alot of people who needed support, as you would get on every server. There was alot of people who were false accusing people of cheating. I would overwatch the people who were suspected and if they were not, there was no point to keep on watching. The anti cheat was false flagging and most of the staff members presumed that they were cheating. I resigned from here as it was a childish server. People wanted the ban others were being toxic to other staff members. Overall, I didn't think that the staff members knew what 'staffing' was. They froze the people who had false flagged and wasted their time on someone who wasn't cheating instead of helping someone who really needed help. Some people were just wasting staff's time. All of the staff members didn't know how to screenshare and I was the only person on the team who did. I had my own private strings for each client and they wanted me to send them to them. I wasn't just going to give out my own private strings to randos who don't know how to screenshare. Most of the people who I froze were 90% of the time cheating. The owner was 11 years old and I got demoted because there was no one online at the time to help players.

Now, we all make mistakes and we've learned from them, I have been warned for caps and I've learned from that. I've been falsely muted and the player that did that also made a mistake, but we learn from them. I'm enjoyed by the fact that a Staff Member works with all types of people of all sorts of age. I think I'm that type of person, I love to help people and explaining everything they need. I'd like to explain how they could do certain things on Factions and the basics of this server. I think it's important that a staff member can do that, but still in a professional and polite way. As a staff member, I tried to help everyone on there with everything they need.
I have experienced being a Mod, for about 2 months before the server was shut, although while I was mod I managed to help and moderate the server very well. Muting, kicking ect. wherever it was needed. Also did quite a lot of building on this server.
Why do want to be staff?: First off, I really appreciate this opportunity! I also thank you for bringing me and my friends this totally awesome network of unique servers! I also want to thank The Staff for making me Trusted!
How many hours can you contribute to the server each day?:4-5 hours a day I am on this would be my schedule. I am also homeschooled so it makes it easier for me to be online when help is needed. I rarely have any school problems and it would not be super hard for me to be on during school times.
Previous experience as staff: I have been staff on many servers so grab some popcorn cause this is going to be long... I joined EbueHCF around map 5 for map five the server wasn't very professional to my liking alot of the staff members abused and didn't do there job correctly. Alot of the staff members were young kids they weren't very mature. They had four owners from what I know therefore I decided to leave the staff team. I was a staff manager on SunriseHCF this server was a smaller server that averaged 10-15 players this server was kinda like the other server I had to keep demoting young men
If I get staff I will not abuse or be disrespectful. I will do everything I can to make sure the people on the server are playing fairly and treating each other with respect. If I see someone being disrespectful I will warn them. If they continue I will get a staff with a higher rank on to deal with them.

I wish to become staff so I can improve the server and make it greater for players and staff. I'd like to see the serer at it's peak, so I'll try everyday as hard as I can to improve it for the better. Rule-breakers are a great crisis for every community in Minecraft. They destroy the fun for players who actually like to play. I plan to eliminate them swiftly so they can cause no harm to threaten this community; in any way at all. Helping the server is something I always wanted to do, I can do this by creating guidelines for players and staff members so they can gain more experience. I wish to bring joy to the community and make them smile. I want them to have the time of of there lives playing this server without any negative issues getting in the way. Many people are respectful on this server; however many are not. I wish to stop those disrespectful players so other people don't get upset or hurt. Generally, I think this server can improve and become the number 1 server. One day, I wish to see this server have more players than any other community in the minecraft world. However, I can only help to a certain extent as a member, that's why I want to become staff. So I can go far beyond my limits and help players as best as possible. Sometimes, there's no staff members on since they're busy with other things. When there's none on, there tends to be a lot of rule-breakers that like ruining the community for other players. TormentHCF: I was a Moderator on TormentHCF for around 3-4 months, and I had a spectacular time while staffing. The community was very kind and rarely ever had a toxic player. The staff team would always be on top of all the problems that had arisen. I was one of the most active staff members on the
(past experience as staff? etc) -I have been staff on a few servers, and learned many techniques from them. Abusing gets you nowhere except a demotion. I don’t find it very fun to be so belligerent just because you don’t like the server, or you want to destroy it. I’ve seen people abuse for their friends and it’s not ok. Rules are rules and they should always be followed. During my Moderation I've gained why more confidence in myself, and think that I could help this server out.
I was staff on there for about a week where I learned to be kind to others. And realizing that I should understand our disagreements and just let silly reasons go. Even if it's serious there should always be some forgiveness. This was most likely the biggest server I was ever staff on. Reaching around 1k+ players on sotw and the day after. It had multiple servers Clans and Guilds and kitmap, which was one of the reasons I retired there were no staff on to ever help out. There would be 2 staff members in teamspeak like 6 in one room playing CS:GO and the rest never playing, It was always me and Clacking I wish that It could have more staff members like him since he always helped out.

The staffing organizations model is an effective design when the content works for the organization.

*Why do you want to become staff? I want to become staff for another few reasons, I think that your server has a lot of potential the owner i've seen seems very VERY dedicated to make the server grow! The server has already got a few players but I'm offering triple maybe quadruple that! I want to be staff since your server will grow, It will grow and i want to say i was on this server since the start! I want to become staff on the server to help players if they're having a problem. If there was any hackers in the server and wasn't any other staff members I would take a screenshot send it to a discord chat etc and temp ban for 30 days. After 30 days is passed and the player that was banned joins back and decides to hack again he/she get's a perm ban. If I don't get accepted I wouldn't get angry at them because that is just disrespectful and I don't want to give them hate when they're doing a really nice job on their server. I don't like abusing commands because it's just stupid and it's pathetic so I wont abuse commands to other neutral players. If a player is spamming I will mute them for 15 minuets, after 15 minuets are passed and the player continues to spam he will get an extra 15 minuets muted. I will try my best to stay active on server but I am really busy school soon and
