Introduction
Self assessment plays an important role in our life because it helps us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our personality. Based on these identifications, not only we can try to improve on them but we can also set goals of our life according to our strengths. Once the goal is set, and we start working towards achieving it, the periodic self assessment helps us in monitoring our progress. This report describes the phases of analysing and developing me as a manager based on the results of self assessment tasks.

Self evaluations in terms of leadership help an individual learn about his capacity to work as a manager, a leader. There are several different theories and perspectives that explain why a manager behaves in a certain way, what are the reasons that shape his decision and how do they pave the way for smooth functioning of the organization. One such theory is the Blake and Louton managerial grid that explains managers with regard to the respective concerns they show towards the people they employ and the production methods they use . The theory states seven major types of leadership attitudes inside business organization. They include indifferent, accommodating, doctorial, status quo, and sound, opportunistic and paternalistic views. According to the results of the tests I gave, I have realized my leadership potential as accommodating.
The accommodating style of leadership explains managers and leaders as having high concern for people. Such leaders enjoy being at the centre of their workforce. Much attention is paid towards employee security, all sorts of safety procedures are practiced to build motivation towards high levels of performance. Although it is not totally disregarded as irrelevant but the production side of the business is considered less influential compared to the human resources .
