Abstract This paper talks about the different assessments used for personality and psychoanalysis of a person. A case was given of a female and the problems that she had been facing. This report and recommendation was prepared after careful analysis and interpretation of the woman's test results. The different assessments used were the IPIP-Neo, Clinical anxiety scale and two others. Referral Question/Reason for Testing Suzie Jones has been referred for psycho analysis and testing for several reasons. A major reason she is sent in for the tests is her low mood and depression ever since she broke up. Suzie has been recommended by her boss who is a manager at a grocery store. Apart from her low moods and slow work progress, Suzie is being considered for being sent on a summer mission's trip. Due to her break up and constant drinking and drugs problem, her friend Jenny and employer both seem to think she would be a good fit for this mission. This mission, taking place in Brazil would be a challenging trip and Suzie would really have to be psychologically well and fit for this. Several tests and assessment methods would be used to determine whether Miss Suzie is a good fit for this mission. It is difficult to assess whether her psychological problems are the reason or the effect of her excessive drinking and drugs problem.
