• What benefit we would get in performing such a lengthy work
• Whether all team members are agreed to this
• Whether all team members are motivated towards the work
• Whether I can trust my team members related to the management off above event.
b) How would you ensure you have consulted with your team effectively and identified the necessary resources required?
Answer:
To ensure consultation:
• Team members will be given a chance to give their written advice without mentioning their names
• Brief solution of all problems that is indicated to be occur will be made in advance.
• A formal meeting shall be held where every team member will required presenting with full preparation of mind.
For identification of resources:
• All team members will make up a chart for resources required
• This all charts will be combined and discussed
• Relevant resources shall be finalized officially
• Resources must cover physical, financial, and operational resources
At the end expert shall be consulted to confirm the resources which we have indicated.
c) Develop a work plan/action plan for your team for this task, and briefly how would you do this. you can create this

If I was using a team I would make an action plan to delegate different tasks to team members with a time line and dates for completion.

I would try to educate my friends to recruit them to sign up for the swabathon. Some swabbers were reluctant to sign up, while others were glad to do it. Most of the other volunteers I worked with were upbeat and would strive to help with the swabbing in any way they could. The event coordinator organized the volunteers and event well.

If they are running into manpower resource issues; we address that by shifting resources from one project to another; or by hiring consultants to augment the workforce.
