Space gap: Huawei does have presence in many countries where they provide network services, solutions and equipment for government, banks, educational institutions, large companies and the consumer business, which include mobile phones tablets and data cards.
All Huawei components and products that support the above mentioned are manufactured are manufactured in China. Therefore, if demand exceeds the product availability in local warehouses a geographical space gap exists between factory and consumer

Time gap: there is a time gap between when the Huawei products are the manufacturing plant in China. When products leave the factory it takes time to reach the consumer during this time the Technology used could become outdated. the tech field is always evolving and new product updates are created on a daily basis this creates a time gap for Huawei. …show more content…

2. Teaming up with all five major carriers in South Africa gives them a better platform to market their products.
3. They have an opportunity in South Africa not to limit themselves to low end phones but rather market a wider range of products with a varied price range.
