1.) The one or two areas regarding understanding or managing diversity in which I am most strong are: The two areas that I am the strongest in are reducing my prejudices because part of managing diversity is being able to admit to my own biases and I am an individual who takes constrictive criticism which by the way I had to reconsider my thoughts when it came to stereotyping because I judge a lot of individuals before getting to know them and what they could bring to the table which in managing obviously is a bad thing I learned through life experience to cope with diversity because you will need those skills in order to manage a facility effectively.

6.) Were any questions more difficult to complete than others? Which ones and why? Yes of course they were more complicated and the one that Ii fund hardtop answers believe it or not it was question number five the reason for this is because it forces me to think a little outside the box being that I do not think about questions such as this one. The easiest to me was the diverse managing area that I lacked in and the ones that I found not to be a problem to adjust to
7.) What did you learn about yourself in this exercise? I learned that I need to act on the things that I mentioned that I lacked in instead of realizing what I need to work on actually thrilled that I did this exercise because the more I learn the more I realize that there are a lot of things that go into managing that I need to lean before go into the actual
