What services do you offer? Will I have a formal written agreement or contract with you? What if I can 't afford to pay your fees or make contributions? In addition to helping me solve my immediate problem, will you help me develop a plan for avoiding problems in the future?

Looking back from when I began my career, I can say I came a long way learning the concepts of understanding the expectations that arose from all my positions. In my first job just after graduating, I was appointed as a Business Accountant of a multinational company. Since then, I was caught in the myth that people who were in leadership positions or high ranking were leaders. Being in a junior position, I could have the least effect on any new ideas as my voice seems to have landed in deaf ears. I have seen how those businesses were not in line with their Missions and Values only to find later that many of the staff had left the company.

1. In order for the education system to change and be multiracial there are different sections where you need to work from. Starting from the curriculum structure subjects such as science and math should recognize inventors who created science and math theories. When it comes to english and history; english should allow teachers to pick their authors and subjects that they think their students will be able to enjoy while learning the standards needed for that grade. “…Educators must have knowledge of children’s live outside of school so as to recognize their strengths” (Delpit, 242). Matthew is a conscientious, hard-working student. He has been very dedicated this year to learning each topic in the course especially programming. This level of commitment will no doubt give great dividends in the future. He is very good at meeting deadlines, and he always does his work to a high standard. All he needs now to gain endorsement in this subject is complete the externally marked Computer Science report to a high standard.

In 1996 the largest population consisted of people aged 30-50, there were not as many people in the dependency load. In 2011, there were more people aged 40-65, who are getting close to retirement. There are not as many babies being born today as previous years because people are choosing to not have as many children. The baby boomers are getting older and there will soon be more people in the dependency load as the workforce. In 2011 there were more people ages 85 and up because nowadays people have been able to live longer.

3. What type of bank risk would worry you the most as an account holder? How should the bank protect itself against that risk? (2-4 sentences. 1.0 points)

Unlike the others who are locked in a marathon of emotion. Bobby, the high school playboy with the Brad Pitt looks and the Casanova charm remains calm. The game was about the following direction while creating different shapes using mathematical concepts such as lines, left and right. I had to create figures with blocks as I moved along. There were several sections that I had to complete. Each section was getting a little more complicated to accomplish because there were more steps to follow. You can say that we had to use algorithms because we had to follow a process to problem solve. I had to read and know which direction I would choose so that my character would finish their task. In order to pass to the next level, you were supposed to finish the first puzzle or section that you were on. The game that I had did not provide hints like the first one that I tried. The game had a lot of repetition which provided a choose for several turns in one.

7. In capitalism, most businesses have a profit motive. Taking on the role as a teacher puts me in a leadership role. I chose for my artifact the ESO online training from Mr. Moss, EDEE 4330 Math class. Math seems to be the subject across the board most people is afraid of, but the ESO training provided fatal information for student’s success. I understand that I am responsible for setting an example for my students that I would be proud of them to emulate. I would love for my students to follow in my footprints and make a difference in others’ lives. It has been said, “it takes a village to raise a child”, and I know that I can be most effective when I reach out to families, colleagues, and the community, to employ the approach. During this week’s assignment, Peterson (2015) tackles critical components of listening skills. The listening component that I find myself needing to work on is that of not defending what I perceive as attacks against my character during my interactions both with co-workers and family. Naturally, if I am devoting my thoughts to responding or defending my actions, how can I be effectively listening? In addition, when counteracting a statement with a defensive posture or verbal cues, it insights the other individual to feel attacked, resulting in a vicious cycle of both parties being defensive and no one listening or understanding one another (Peterson, 2015).

I finally finished analysing all the files for the VEP data recorded on Hiro's system. It seems like the data shows reversal for all the channels and is consistent in all three recording. Attached below is the pdf containing normalized avg + sem for all 3 mice recordings, 10files each, for all 16 channels.
