Assist West Mahanoy Twp. with a report of an armed subject at Hollander Home Fashion. Individuals on scene reported a hispanic male walking in the parking lot with a hand gun in his hand. One male said after seeing the male with a gun he asked him what he was doing with a gun, but then continued walking toward his vehicle and never looked back to see where he went. Another male said he saw the guy walking from the building toward the parking lot and the hispanic male then whistled and got into a black shinny Hummer and left the area. On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
On June 26, 2015, Mr. Steve Gerecke, an Albuquerque, New Mexico resident, confronted six youths allegedly attempting to burglarize his home after gaining access through the garage with a remote control removed from his wife’s car. The group of youth appeared to have been the same roving mob reported earlier to the police. Witnesses and police reports complained of burglarized homes and cars with the removal credit cards, cellphone, keys, and other valuables. In addition to the burglaries, the group allegedly committed grand the auto. Upon the confrontation of Mr. Gerecke and the youth, an escalation of bravado ensued. At this time, one of the youth armed with pistol, shot Mr. Gerecke multiple times killing him in the driveway of his home. Well
Climi stated that while he was traveling to the destination the suspect picked up the firearm. Climi stated that the suspect began to wave it around and point it at Climi several times. Climi advised that while the suspect was pointing the gun at him, the suspect became aware of Climi’s concern and proceeded to rack the slide several times discarding one bullet at a time until the magazine was empty. Climi advised that the suspect then showed him that the gun was empty and then placed the bullets along with the empty firearm in a plastic shopping bag. Climi then stated that the suspect proceeded to make statements in regards to him being ex-military and how he had 40 confirmed kills. Climi further advised that the suspect stated that he was a convicted felon but had his concealed carry permit restored. Climi stated that when he arrived at his destination at approximately 2:34 A.M. the suspect asked to be picked up again at 5:30 A.M. to which Climi stated that he was not sure where he would be at that time. I observed a male later identifed as Rex Rowan standing in his front yard waving a black pistol in the air. Deputy Arnold and I order Rex to drop the gun and after several verbal commands Rex dropped the weapon on the ground. Rex was yelling "there getting away" and was pointing behind myself and Deputy Arnold. I did not observe any persons at this location. I did not see any signs of any other persons outside the home were Rex was pointing. Deputy Arnold secured the weapon that Rex was holding. I checked inside the home and did not find any other persons or any signs
Upon arrival and after all parties were detained and searched for weapons Sergeant Kincaid and I were advised by the victim in this case, Thomas Fitzgerald that the suspect, Duane Fisher had pointed a pistol at him and his daughter, Marrissa Rohrbach and had laid the firearm down on a piece of farm equipment prior to our arrival. According to Leander police, the officer noticed the firearm in the man's hand before he began shooting into the driver's side window of the car. The suspect then fled the scene.
“I located a stolen vehicle on 06/12/2016, at approximately 0930 hours at Copperstone Circle and Copperstone Court in Chesapeake, Virginia. The vehicle is a 2015 Dodge Charger with Virginia license plates of VEZ-1766. I took the initial report for the vehicle on 06/11/2016. It was assigned case #16-78080. I stayed with the vehicle and did not let it out of my sight. I notified FTO Noble that I had located the vehicle. He stated he was in route to the location. Prior to FTO Noble’s arrival Officer B. No one was located in the house and patrol exited the residence to obtain a search warrant to collect the rifle. Dispatch was also advised of a pistol that was used in an assault the day before with the same suspect.

On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
I then made contact with Officer Catlin and other Officers on scene. I was given the name of the decedent James Wyatt Welker, white male, 5/29/1973. I was advised the residence was secured. The owner of the property was the person who unlocked the door and located James Welker. Officer Catlin advised the home owner used a spare key to unlock the door.
On 05/25/16 I arrived at 19 Parkridge in reference to a disturbance with a weapon call. Upon arrival I made contact with Janette Bell. Mrs. Bell said on the morning of this date her husband, Alvin “Mack” Bell, became angry with her. Mrs. Bell said Mr. Bell began yelling at her and accusing her of leaving him alone. Mrs. Bell said Mr. Bell retrieved a .22 rifle from a gun cabinet in the bedroom of the residence located in the southwest corner of the home. Mrs. Bell said Mr. Bell pointed the gun at his head and said he was “tired of this mess” and further stated he would not be around much longer. Mrs. Bell said Mr. Bell continued yelling and began waving the gun around in front of himself and several times the firearms muzzle crossed

Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
