However, it will also be explained that with a successful implementation of this project, TAS will benefit by being able to offer better customer service. TAS will be better able to assess the demands of their customers and stock the necessary items. Communications between the stores will be implemented in a more efficient way that will allow the business to be better organized. Strategies/Methods The following steps will be necessary to be followed in order to implement a successful network for The Athlete’s Shack. Step 1 - assess the necessary requirements and needs of The Athlete’s Shack. It is also important to know the budget that will be supplied by TAS in order to be able to determine the equipment and services that will be used. Step 2 - plan out the project. This will be left up to the consultant and WTC that will plan and design the network after all requirements are known. Step 3 – In this step WTC will deploy and install the necessary equipment for the wireless broadband that will connect all the stores and the WLAN that will be used within the stores. Step 4 – After installation and setup of all the necessary equipment it is important to test the equipment and network to make sure that they work as expected and that all requirements have been met.
