There are several automatic systems in our body. It is important that we make an effort to stay healthy. One of the ways we can keep our body systems healthy is for us to regulate our weight and body fat. In addition to keeping our weight under control are eating healthy, getting enough sleep, stimulating our minds, drinking lots of water, reducing stress and spending time outdoors all help keep our body healthy. It is essential that we do these things on a regular basis in order to keep our automatic systems in good condition. It is crucial that the body gets a sufficient amount of sleep. Lack of sleep can cause heart disease, memory loss, depression, weight gain, and impaired judgment. Without sleep it is difficult for the body to function.
