THREE AVOCADO RECIPE IDEAS WHEN TIRED OF TOAST
For the recent couple of years, there was an innovation of Avocado toast. The delicious experience and novelty dissipates after a short duration. To offset the toast-it there is need to prepare a delicious avocado recipes. There are 3 types of prepares avocados; shrimp & avocado Nachos; Avocado Carprese Burgers and Tofu &Avocado Rice Bowl.
1. Recipe of Shrimp and avocado Nachos
The targeted number of persons to be served are four. The ingredients include twelve OZ peeled and deveined medium shrimp, half tsp cayenne pepper, kosher salt, two tbsp canola oil, six OZ tortilla chips, six OZ cheddar grated(about one and a half cups), quarter sliced red onion, two chopped avocados, two sliced radishes and fresh cilantro leaves combined with sour cream for serving. The cooking directions are outlined in two broad steps. First, cook the shrimp, cayenne and half tsp salt in the oil in the large skillet over high heat, tossing until opaque for about 2-3 minutes. The second step is initialized by layering the tortilla chips, cheddar, and onion on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 4500F to ensure that the cheese melts for a duration of about 4-5 minutes.

The directions for preparing the dish are outlined. First, combine the avocado, basil, and quarter tsp each salt and pepper. Thereafter, season the beef with half tsp each salt and pepper and form into three-quarter inch thick patties. The next step is to heat the grill on an oil grill covered rack over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side. Lastly, top with cheese and grill covered until the cheese melts for an average of 30-60 seconds. Divide among the buns and top with sliced tomato and avocado
