It provides substantial tax cuts for those families that fall below that range. There are many families that fall below that range so this will benefit many people. Regulations of the ACA Within the Affordable Care Act there are rules that govern the standards or the minimum that health insurance plans must maintain or meet. These standards or regulations are intended to help states choose their exchanges and to help insurance companies determine how to build their plans.
