Now comes the best part of the paper where I have the esteem opportunity to give the background and credentials of my great leaders. They each are three excellent coaches of dominate teams in the sports industry. My leaders are: Phil Jackson (Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers, and New York Knicks), Bill Belichick (New England Patriots), and Nick Saban (Alabama Crimson Tide).

Phil Jackson was born Philip Douglas Jackson on September 17, 1945, in Deer Lodge, Montana to two Assemblies of God ministers. Jackson and his siblings were raised in a household where they were not allowed to watch movies or television, and couldn’t even dance for enjoyment. During his high school career, he played basketball, football and baseball but only had the desire to play basketball after graduation and received a scholarship from North Dakota to play there. Although his college career was short, he helped his team win third- and fourth-place finishes in the NCAA Division II championships. In the 1967 NBA Draft, he was selected by the New York Knicks in the second round. Even though he wasn’t an elite superstar, the Knicks were able to win two NBA Championships in 1970 and 1973 against the Los Angeles Lakers while Jackson was a member of the team. After retiring from the NBA as a player in 1980, he decided to pursue the opportunity to be a coach. He received his first coaching assignment with the New Jersey Nets as an assistant coach. He did not excel as he hope for his first coaching job so
