Imagine a happy healthy starvation- less world. No need to imagine this is a possibility. In our world we have many problems and one big one is world hunger, bugs can be the solution. Many people are already eating them so why aren't we? Bugs are much more efficient than traditional livestock. And guess what? Bugs aren't just good for you but our world as well. To start off bugs can save many lives across the world. In our society hunger is a big problem but bugs can solve this problem. An article by Sara Boboltz explains that bugs reproduce fast and they are pretty easy to keep alive(Boboltz). Since bugs are super nutritious starving kids would get vitamins and all the nutrients they need. In addition According to Cranes study there are over 2,ooo species of edible bugs, and each of their protein levels are extraordinary high. Something that bugs me is when people lie about their times at swim team practice. For example, when we are doing 100s sprint and someone gets a 1:10 and lies and says that they got a 1:05. This really bugs me because it doesn't really matter what your time is because it will fluctuate from day to day. When people lie about their times everyone around them knows that they are lying so it really doesn't help them and it irritates everyone on the team. There are many reasons why consuming bugs has not taken off in the United States. The most compelling argument not to consume insects is because “Processing insects is labor-intensive, and they are not exactly filling. One would have to eat about a thousand grasshoppers to equal the amount of protein in a twelve-ounce steak.” Sure the idea is great, but it's not exactly realistically achievable.

Similarly, on page 2 of “Insects Farmer...” it says, “ They pack a powerful protein-filled punch into a small, low-calorie package.” This is similar because it talks about that bugs have many nutrients in them.
