On 12/22/2016, Lori-Jean Bishop contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone ito report a Petit Theft. Ms. Bishop advised sometime between 1100 and 1145 she dined at the noted location and left her Vera Bradley shoulder bag purse, with contents hanging on the back of a chair. She returned approximately one hour later to look for lost property. She spoke with manager, Dillon Maister who sid it was turned in as lost property. Upon checking the contents of her should bag purse, she doscovered her matching wallet, with contents was missing. Mr. Maister reviewed the video surveillance which showed a female removing the wallet from inside of the purse. The Subway clerk, Justine Velez who was not on duty at the time Ms.
Peggy McIntosh's "White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Backpack" addresses the issue of acknowledging whites' unaware privileges, thus weakening the systems of advantage to reconstruct power systems in the society from 1989 to the present. For instance, men are unconscious about their privileges in a patriarchal society while women are oppressed in the society. White people are unaware of the privileges which they take for granted while non-white communities are discriminated against repeatedly. McIntosh identities her privileges from daily life, which she also relates the patterns of white privilege and assumptions that passed down.
Castro said the male suspect was wearing a grey shirt, black shorts, and pushing a shopping cart. Castro said the female suspect was wearing a white top, dark shorts, and carrying a large TJ Maxx reusable shopping bag. Castro saw the suspects go to different sections of the store concealing items in their shopping bag. The suspects attempted to leave the store with the unpaid for items. Castro contacted the suspects at the front entrance of the store. Castro told the suspects to give the items back and the male suspect handed Castro the items and the female suspect dropped additional loss on the ground. Both suspects left on foot south on Lake Ave.

I arrived at the security station and met with CA Schreiner and CA Brown. They identified the male through security station records as JORDAN SCHINKER. I recognized Schniker's name based on prior police contacts.
On 03/05/2017 at approximately 1823 hours I recieved a phone call from Likes, Keith in regards to the theft that had occured.
Nita Dobbs stated she and her husband routinely lock the doors and windows prior to going to bed, however her back door does not have a deadbolt and would be the easiest door to bypass. Upon examining the door in question, a glass paned door leading to the back porch patio area, I observed it had two plastic locking mechanisms one near the top of the door and one near the bottom, neither of which appeared damaged. Nita Dobbs stated she found her wallet lying open on the patio table just outside this back door. From outside looking in from the door in question I could clearly see the kitchen and bar area, where the purse and jewelry would have been located.
Shortly after, Det. Russo arrived on scene and viewed the video surveillance. Det. Russo was unable to positively identify either the suspect or female that was with him. Allen advised me that the suspect had some facial
On 02/09/2017, Marie Evangelista contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Grand Theft. Ms. Evangelista advised that her Michaek Kohrs wallet, with contents was stolen.
Terrance Bowens contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in person and via telephone several times in early November 2015, reference to a petit theft of two checks stolen out of his checkbook and uttering of forged instruments. He was advised what documentation was needed to initiate a report. On 11/17/2015, I received the documentation needed to initiate a report.
On 11/03/2016, Robert Stanley on behalf of his employer Hennessy Construction contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report burglary of a conveyance, a grand theft, petit theft and criminal mischief at a construction site.
On 01/30/2017 I spoke with Jerry Graves in the District II Lobby of the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in reference to a Petit Theft.
He said that he discovered the loss when he got back home from the drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic on 7/21/2016 and that no was present at the time of discovery. Including that he did not witness anything or anyone strange in the area before the theft occurring.
Ms. Ozor stated that she left her black in color, purse inside the cab with several ID's, inside. Ms. Ozor also stated she attempted to reach the cab company on 11/28/16 for her property with negative results.
On 08/17/2016, I spoke with Elsie Garcia in the District II Lobby of the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in reference to fraudulent use of her personal identification. A Credit One Bank credit card account number 4707930511043438 was opened in her name without her knowledge or permission.
