If you can’t catch the ball, then that tells you that you have bad eye coordination and need to focus on that in order to get that part of your game stronger. Muscular endurance is being able to work a muscle or muscle group for a long period of time at less than maximum effort, (Amezdrox, G. Dickens, S, Hosford, G. and Davis, D. 2012). Muscular endurance was tested by completing a sit up and push up test. My rating for the sit up test were super and for the push up test my rating was excellent, (see appendix 1). These tests were chosen instead of others because if you have a strong core whilst playing touch football, it is seen that you can perform better and this is what these tests work on, (Touch Football Australia, 2013).

Passing One of my key strengths when playing hockey is my passing, passing is very important in my role of central midfielder for my team. I am relied on by my team mates to distribute the ball effectively to spread the gameplay to all areas of the pitch. I can send both short and long passes to the players on my team and can also send an occasional aerial over players to quickly get the ball into the opponents 25/quarter to give an opportunity for the attackers on my team. I also need to have accuracy when I distribute the ball to my teammates so they can take their first touch into space to easily beat an opponent, rather than placing the ball inaccurately behind their feet so it is harder for them to get the ball under control and to beat
