According to the World TourismOrganization, its contribution to the Gross National Product averages 8.8 percent; as a result, the beach resort will offer the most exquisite styles, most hospitable and kind service and environmentally friendly structures. The main purpose of this beach resort is not only to help the economy of the Philippines but also to provide comfort, satisfaction and the fulfillment to the costumers. Comfort and satisfaction are the key element of good service. Providing all of these will assure that the costumer will procure the services offered. They can avail the services offered through direct contact to the management for reservations. Also the business will serve a single portal that will be a major source of information to accommodate our services.According to the Department of Tourism the international tourist arrivals continuous to grow as projected in the graph.

D. COMPETITION Businessexists in a competitive environment. Several establishments who are offering their services here in Catbalogan have appeared, in contrary, most of these establishments are only small business enterprise. One of the most likely known to be a competitor to our business is the Grand royal resort for it will also cater some of the services offered by our business. Indirectly, other recreational activity such as caving, mountain climbing and etc. are the indirect competition.
