Physical Therapist Physical therapy is the treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by physical methods such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise rather than by drugs or surgery. Physical therapy is also a branch of rehabilitative health that uses specially designed exercises and equipment to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. Physical therapists have to have good communication skills and have to be able to interact with others. To be a good physical therapist you also have to have a good attitude and the want or desire to be there and to help others get back to their life. With the amount of money I make being a physical therapist then I would have 21,968 left over. With the extra money I have left I would put three quarters of it in the bank in a savings account. Then, with the other quarter I have left I would keep for things that might happen and I will need it or for things I might want and have to buy them. I might also use it for activities I might want to attend or gifts I might have to buy for birthday’s or holiday events. When I go to college I would like to go to Belmont University. Another school I would like to attend is Bellarmine University. Belmont is located in Nashville, TN and Bellarmine is located in Louisville, KY. These schools have the best physical therapy programs. Also, both of these schools are close to my home town so I don’t have to go very far to visit my family and friends. To attend Belmont University, it would cost me about $92,240. That is for all fees, books, my board and room and etc. For me to attend Bellarmine University, it would cost about $41,982. That is for all books, my room, board, and etc. as well. To become a physical therapist I am going to have to attend college for about seven to eight years. In those seven to eight years I will receive a graduate’s degree, a four year bachelor’s degree, and a doctrine degree from a PT
