I will critically analyze concept from module one, two, three, four five, six and seven each concept will be looked into very deeply following the guideline provided earlier. From the mentioned modules the following concept will be looked at. Leadership is supposed to guide people to attain a particular set vision. Motivation is fundamental in the process of leadership as if there is no motivation there will be laxity among the people involved. It is also a critical scenario for leadership to have followers; this will infer a relationship between leaders and followers (Frank, 2003).

Nurse leaders are faced with issues or problems on a daily basis that are often expected and sometimes unexpected. It “comes with the territory” so to speak. If there were no issues to solve or hurdles to overcome the necessity of designating a leader would not seem quite as important. Nurse leaders can tackle issues that occur in their work environment using nursing theory to guide them. Nursing theory provides a framework that nurse leaders can use to implement interventions or changes to positively impact the staff they lead. This framework of the theory will set the standards for achieving the desired outcomes and is based on knowledge that is gleaned from practice and/or research.
Being a leader is not a simple task. It involves planning and professionalism. A leader must have the trust and respect of its members to be able to form a strong system. Although, some communication scholars argue that leadership in a group may be determined when the group is in a type of struggle or off course. That the group appoints a leader or oneself appoints when there is difficulty setting conditions or lacking cooperation to get things done.
According to Business Dictionary.com, leadership is defined as the individuals who are the leaders in an organization, regarded collectively. It also can be define as the activity of leading a group of people or an organization or the ability to do this. Leadership involves the establishing of a clear vision, sharing the vision with other so that they will follow willingly, providing the needed information, knowledge, and methods to realize the vision and coordinating and balancing the conflicts interests of all members and stakeholders.
For the hospital as for any other organization to be successful, it is very important that employees work in harmony to provide best healthcare to the patients. "Because leadership involves the exhibition of style or behavior by managers or supervisors while dealing with subordinates, leadership is a critical determinant of the employees’ actions toward the achievement of the organizational goals" (Saeed, Almas, Anis-il-Haq, & Niazi, 2014) . In every organization, emotional tension and conflicts are always present. The main role of the leader is to release tension, resolve conflicts, provide support to followers, and to reward followers accordingly. Another main role of the leader is to make sure that people work together to effectively. Nurse managers as a leaders in healthcare, work in complicated healthcare ethical environment and make decisions that are related to patient satisfaction, nursing quality, ethical climate, finance allocation, and so on. Nurse managers are challenged every day by many dilemmas and issues and to resist that dilemmas, nurse managers must be able to make decisions that are based on ethics. Leadership - is the art of influencing people, inspiring them to ensure that they willingly strive to achieve certain goals. People follow the leader, primarily because it is able to offer them (though not always feasible to) the means to meet their essential needs, specify the desired activity. The force of the leader is founded on a sound knowledge of subordinates, the ability to place yourself in their shoes, analyzing the situation to see the immediate and long-term consequences their actions, self-improvement, the ability inspires and subordinates confidence, awareness of the need to do certain actions, for employee behavior often reflects what 's expected of them.
Leadership is an approach for a leader to guide, motivate, supervise, manage, and influence others in different situation to reach a goal. According to the Pettinger (2007), the leadership can be explained in several situations. First, the leaders have the responsible to provide vision and direction to the followers. Second, the leaders shall energise and motivate the followers. Third, the leaders shall set and enforce absolute standards of behaviour, attitude, presentation and performance.
