Organization behavior refers to analysis of personal and group dynamics in their work place setting, and also the characteristics of the organization itself. This analysis is a necessity in comprehending how people will behave when subjected to the work environment. The results of the analysis are useful in taking care of the behaviors that may be unnecessary to the organization (Ashraf, n.d p156). The individuals employed in an organization and the respective group attitude is a major factor that is used to evaluate the performance of the organization. Various theorists have a common believe that, comprehension of the behavior of employees in their work place results into an increase in productivity of the organization. This behavior of employees is portrayed through; encouragement to work, what is expected, dealing with disagreements, and various dynamics in groups. Employees in this case are taken as human resources and essential assets to be developed and used to work with in all situations (, 2011). This necessitates the need of creation of a reward scheme for employees. The scheme should be based on how the employee carries him or herself in the organization. The process of evaluation and selection of the winner of the reward should take a consideration of various factors such as: time of arrival, communication skill, mode of dressing, level of socialization, activeness, and decision making capability. This will create a motivation to the workers in that, they will keep on working hard to improve their behavior conduct in the organization. The end result of this is the improvement in the performance of the organization. Behavioral approach to management system is a very essential tool. This is because, many people have a high level of technical capability, and in terms of performance, the gap is so broad and it finds its way through the need to attain the organizational goals.
