Should the United States government provide free health care services to everyone in the U.S.? millions of Americans those residing in the U.S. have lost their health insurance. In Canada and mother other countries health insurance is already guaranteed. Experts have argued that universal free healthcare can be very successful. On the contrary. Other professionals have argued that universal free healthcare would be detrimental for the economy, such as being expensive and/or lack of quality. Canada’s healthcare system affects all citizens of the country. All persons of every background rather it is economic or cultural, depend on hospitals and professionals in the healthcare field to care for them in their times of needs. Free basic healthcare is one of the many reasons that people believe Canada is the best place to live in. however, Canada today faces a crisis towards the healthcare system. Comparisons of the healthcare systems in Canada and the United States are often made by government, public policy, and public health analysts. The two however had similar healthcare systems before Canada changed their system back in the 1960s and 1970s. Throughout our paper we will discuss those comparisons and similarities. We will find those comparisons by looking at the different government involvement, coverage and access, healthcare outcomes and many more ways.
