Many startup founders have shared the same vision, to employ innovative technology for making a prodigious impact on the everyday lives. In order to establish a startup company to change the world, one must be determined. Essentially, there are three primary areas, products or services, technology and market segment, need to be cogitated when initiating a startup. First, what products or services is it intended to create? What are the global impacts these products or services might make? Second, how might it create them? What technological knowledge the founders and their employees have possessed? How might they apply their knowledge and skills to create these products or services? Which platforms and hardware will these products or services be compatible with? Finally, who will be the target customer? These fundamental questions in each area need to be thoroughly analyzed and identified the most preferred answers.
