Johnny Cade did not kill unlawfully and also he can’t apply for a minor committing the crime because he’s 16, one year over the limit. According to Oklahoma law, first-degree murder is a person “unlawfully and with malice aforethought causes the death of another human being.” It is also not manslaughter because it is not a homicide committed without a design to effect death and in the heat of passion, but in a cruel and unusual manner, or by means of a dangerous weapon. Johnny did not have time to think and had to stab Bob to save Ponyboy’s life. Ponyboy was being drowned and to save him, Johnny had to commit the act of homicide. It lists that it was a justifiable homicide because it means that homicide is legal when committed in the lawful

Many of you have heard about Ricky Williams, as he infamously gave up a promising career to smoke pot. This is not another Ricky Williams, but someone who believes so strongly that marijuana should be allowed in the NFL it led to his retirement. Eugene Monroe: at 28 years old he played his last down in the NFL. After speaking out about the corrupt NFL drug policy Monroe was cut from the Baltimore Ravens. After constant use of opiates to treat his pain, he tried the Earth’s natural medicine: marijuana. He came to a conclusion that marijuana worked just as well as the chemical opiates, if not better. Although his decision to speak out about it may have cost him a lot of money and a promising career, he doesn’t regret becoming standing up for
Doug flutie, a professional quarterback, always criticized for being too short, and a Heisman trophy winner. This hardly describes doug and who he is because he is so much more. Davis was compensated for the assault.
From birth, it’s the experiences that shape who we become. James Farmer was a boy that was the first generation born out of slavery. He was born in Marshall, TX to a father who was a minister and a mother who would stay at home. My intellectual development was simpler than that of James Farmer, due to the time period in which he grew up in that affected his education, the way he was parented and because of the color of his skin.
“Nothing, they never did. And heed my warning, a few years after my son disappeared, a wealthy attorney from Chicago, by the name of Wendell Gladfree, who was himself an adventur-ist, started petitioning the park fathers. Gladfree wanted them to release pertinent information about scores, I’m talking about scores of people who went missing in the park from 1920 to 1969. I met Gladfree myself and got to know him well. For a while, I thought he might be the one to crack the code of silence. And believe it or not, the fathers were court ordered to produce certain documents and things for
