On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street. I ran the tag and the truck came back to a Mr. Gavin Lillie of 2221 University street. As I approach the truck, I observed a black male, later identified as Mr. Trevon Joseph, sleeping in the passenger seat. I woke Mr. Trevon up and ordered him to get out of the truck. On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt spoke to a Steve Craine who stated on 06/06/2017 he saw a small silver SUV on his property. Steve stated the SUV was pulling a red 1970's model truck bed as a trailer. Steve stated he saw a white male drving and a female passenger. Steve stated the subjects were loading items from his property. Steve stated the subjects dropped all the items. Steve stated the subjects went to his neiybors Craig Chaffin's house at 25004 West 49th Street. Craig stated a female named Emma Hogen and a white male named Jerry came to his shop. Craig stated Emma and Jerry were trying to sell items out of a red truck bed. Craig stated Emma and Jerry wanted $300.00 dollars for the whole trailer full of property. Craig stated he paid Emma and Jerry $200.00 dollars and $100.00 was a check he wrote to Emma. Craig stated Emma and Craig left in a silve Geo Tracker SUV. I
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. Climi advised that the suspect stated that he was upset
On 05/30/2015, at approximately 1816 hours, your affiant observed a silver Chevrolet Classic occupied by two males. The vehicle circled the block in a counterclockwise manner, repeating a portion of their route. During this time I located the owner of the vehicle utilizing a search through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The registration indicated the plate belonged to another vehicle and registered to Brittney Fisher, who was not an occupant in the vehicle. I activated my emergency lights initiating a vehicle stop in the 100 block of West Washington Street and while stopping the vehicle I observed the passenger making furtive movements towards the center console.
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the city of Beaufort Police Department, responded to 1030 Ribaut Road #6, in the city limits of Beaufort, to conduct a follow up on a previously reported domestic (17B01907). Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim SOFIA CHAVEZ and confirmed the offender VICTOR MANUEL CRUZ-ANAYA information. While at the victim residence, I took updated photos of her injuries. She also provided me with a photo of the offender. After clearing from the victim residence, I relocated to the offender job in an attempt to make contact with him. Negative contact was made, no further actions were taken.
On 10/30/2016 at 0251 hours Ptlm. David Stamets and I were dispatched to the unit block of S. White St. for multiple males in the road fighting. We arrived on scene and I observed three males walking toward Main St. I instructed the males to stop, but they did not comply with my request. The males looked back and continued to walk away. I again gave verbal commands for them to stop, two of the three males stopped, while one continued to walk away. I walked to the two males who stopped while Stamets proceeded in the patrol car to make contact with the third male, who he caught up to.
The victim was unsteady on his feet, had red glassy eyes, and strong odor of an alcohol substance. He advised that he was at a family party earlier tonight and was drinking. He decided to go to the store at Cheek Road and Hardee Street to purchase some cigars. He left the store to go back home and somewhere on Holloway street, a red Toyota Tercel in front of him stopped and three black males occupies got out of the vehicle and started walking towards his vehicle. In summary, on 08/15/15 at 0330 hours I was patrolling the area of 1500 S. Cicero Ave., at which time I observed a female black walking northbound on Cicero Avenue. The female was wearing a light blue sports bar and multi-colored boxer shorts. The area is a known location for prostitutes to solicit their business. I observed the female walking northbound close to oncoming traffic attempting to gain attention of any vehicle that passed. The female entered the Mobil Gas Station lot (1306 S. Cicero Ave.), at this time she made contact and entered a vehicle (White 07' Lexus IL N209786). The vehicle exited the lot and drove southbound Cicero Ave. and made a right turn at 18th St. without signaling.
On 05/25/18, I was operating marked Mequon's squad #6 with Digital Ally camera system operating. At approximately7:01AM, I was monitoring traffic stationary in the 12300 block of N. Wauwatosa Road. At approximately 7:02AM, I observed a black Ford pickup pass my location and I observed the truck's driver was not wearing his seatbelt.
On 10/02/2017 at 0017 hours, units were dispatched to 627 Central Ave for a report of a Domestic involving a knife. I responded at emergency speed, priority one. Upon my arrival, I located the accused female in the bathroom.
This evening at 5:53 p.m. the Department of Public Safety was notified by a non SLU affiliated female victim, that she was walking west bound on Olive, just west of Compton on the North side of the street, when a subject in a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo stopped in front of her. The driver of the vehicle exited the car, displayed a dark colored handgun and forced her into his vehicle. Once inside the vehicle the subject ordered the female to give him all of her belongings.
On 04/30/17 at 12:53pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 1300 Clarfield Ave on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and proceeded to walk to the complainant house, when the complainant came out and pointed where the dog was. A pit bull brindle in color was just west of complaint house loose. I proceeded to try to capture the dog; the dog ran behind some houses and cut through a hole in a fence that went to a house on the next street (Southfield Drive South) over. I return to my vehicle and drove to 1293 Southfield Drive South. The pit bull was confined to this location. I knocked on the door, and an African American female answered.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
