The young Fortnatious lived in a town called Tilted Towers. The town is filled with different types of loot that everyone wants. However, he also lived on an island with a total of 100 people. The island was pretty big, it had 18 different locations and many more side locations.

Albert Einstein once said, “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” Many authors, including Rudolfo Anaya, allow curiosity to affect one’s cultural beliefs to become a backdrop for the character’s development in their novels. Rudolfo Anya in his novel, Bless Me, Ultima writes about a fairly young boy who is discovering cultural beliefs and new things about the world that surrounds him. Similarly in the story Snow Julia Alvarez writes about a young female immigrant who is new to America and is discovering things that she has never experienced before. In both pieces of literature, the author is able to reveal, through the characterization and representation of their culture, that curiosity and experiencing new scenarios in life help shape your own cultural beliefs.

To bless someone or something that is the way people see it being used today if people do not do their research they will not know the true meaning of any of the words in today’s society because what they mean today may not been what they meant when they was first brought in the world so to speak. It's a way to recognize sacredness and the open-end implies that all is sacred and blessed for you are not stating what is blessed since one cannot speak of the all in any meaningful words. While some intend it as casting a blessing upon someone. to say “Blessed be” to someone indicates that you wish good and positive things upon them. Living in the 60s was a very hard for African Americans. We were going through something called the Civil Rights Movement. The Civil Rights Movement was a time when African Americans had to fight for their rights and citizenship in the United States. Most of this fighting happened in the southern states. There was a lot of discrimination towards African Americans, were segregated from whites and did not have the same treatment as them. Many African Americans did not take this type of treatment lightly and started to fight back.

Antonio’s dreams reveal that his family is very important to him. He fears the future of his life of which path will he take. His desire was to become a priest after his dreams. Later in the story his desire changes to something else.

As I watch multitude of videos, some were self explanatory and easy to understand and some did not make any sense. The more I thought on the subject the more I realized that there must be a way to understand J. Collinse’s concepts if not fully at least partially. Once I started reading the book about ten or so pages in the process it all his ideas started to flood in and make a gigantic impression. It would be sacrilegious not to mention at least 80% of his videos but since assignment calls for 2 I chose the ideas that were the most impactful. The two videos that created the most commotion and mad me think differently are: The “First Who” concept and Greatness is not a Function of circumstance.

On May 2, 2012, the National Football League lost one of its elite players to suicide: Junior Seau. Seau played for the Chargers, Dolphins, and the Patriots during his professional football career and was a 12-time Pro Bowler before retiring in 2009. Three years after his retirement however, Seau committed suicide by shooting himself in the chest with a gun. This greatly shocked the football world and its image of Junior Seau as a person, but it soon realized the cause for his action. There are many situations where I felt myself and others were treated unfairly; However, I’m going to share the one that struck out to me the most. Growing up, I was raised in a Christian background, specifically Methodist. Even though I respect the views of those who are not Christian, unfortunately not all Christians do that. Some Christians use their Christianity to judge those who are not living up to their expectations or those who are not righteous in their eyes. I experienced it myself because I was in a situation where other Christians were castigating me.

Netflix is a big topic of discussion on social media networks. It has also created the term “Netflix and Chill” which is used in many different ways. It has provided a way to watch TV online whether you're on a phone, tablet, or computer. It is also available on smart TVs. Netflix has made it’s own original series like House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, and the newest, Fuller House. Fuller House is a spinoff of Full House with most of the same cast members and some new. It was a very popular topic on the internet before it came out and now that it’s out it is too.

In the United States, starting salaries for teachers who have completed a four-year degree are far lower compared to many other professions, which also require a four-year degree. In most states, teachers must undergo testing and other rigorous certification requirements, but they are given the same consideration or status as beginning professionals in other areas. Although attractive incentives are offered, the compensation does not compare to the long hours of work and schooling required for a teaching career.
