Gardening has been regarded as a prevalent feature for better and healthier life in the UK after World War II. The Blossoms Garden Centre (BGC) was established in Glasgow in the mid 1960’s as a small family-based company with good reputation, which focused on producing extensive supplies of garden plants, tools, and chemicals (PMM, 2016). However, in order to remain its competitiveness, Blossoms has expanded their industry and developed three operating divisions, such as sales, cafeteria and the Hire Branch (Ibid, 2016). This has led to certain management problems, namely, customers’ service, internal relationship management, competitive priorities and declining profits. This essay aims to identify problems of the BGC and propose solutions that are associated with management of the business. Firstly, it will demonstrate situations and problems related to poor customer services and reduced profits. Secondly, this essay will put forward strategies to develop the company. Finally, it will evaluate methods to Blossoms that had done and recommends suitable solutions.

For more than fifty years, Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) has been a vital part of life in the Okaloosa and Walton county areas. In addition to serving the community with adult education and college courses, NWFSC provides the Child Development & Education Center, Collegiate High School, AmeriCorps, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, and Mattie M. Today, we live in a materialistic society, people wanting more and better items, not settling for products that will accomplish the same job.From looking at the fruits and vegetables in the grocery store, we see the bruised or smaller ones left, while the big and brightly colored ones are selected first. In our society today, changes are constantly being made to help expand and evolve the agricultural industry, but it has yet been able to do so. Have you ever felt unsafe in your neighborhood? Maybe you didn’t feel safe letting your child go outside or leaving your car in the street overnight. Sixty-six percent of Liberty Greens community members surveyed from the ages of fourteen to fifty say that in the past they have felt unsafe in Liberty Greens. Throughout the ten years of living in this neighborhood, I have witnessed many members of the neighborhood complaining about the bikes and cars that have been stolen straight out of their driveway. So why is this happening and how can we stop it? Liberty Greens’ crime rate is too vast and therefore the neighborhood should be monitored by video cameras and checked upon daily by the Painesville City Police Department.
