Both muscular athletes and exercisers have skewed the results because their BMI usually reads obese although they are very fit. A BMI that ranges from 18.5 to 24.9 is considered to be rather healthy. Another measurement that can also determine a person health status is the circumference of their waist. Standard measurement that are rather familiar are blood pressure and cholesterol
